Some people choose to go on Anonymous when they Post there Questions if you see a Blue Icon then they are under Anonymous

Just mouse over or touch the question asker's avatar, and you can see their username and basic YA account stats. That's just how Yahoo programmed it tho be.

Because that is how the Google Chrome browse works an some Android cell phones. I have NO avatars on ANY questions. My cellphone IS in desktop mode, but it is NOT a fully smartphone. Google is telling me to update my browser.
Your mobile device is limited in what it can do. Maybe a change your browser.

I don't know, when this site was green we could see who was asking a question on mobile, but on desktop you can see the asker username
