Which Nokia android is most similar to Nokia Lumia?
I currently use a Nokia Lumia and was wondering which Nokia android is closest to the Lumia? Also can the Nokia android change the accent colours like Nokia Lumia

Similar in what way? Nokia has done some strange things with their phones, as in using a forked version of Android on some models, and "regular" Android on others.
Changing accent colors is a function of the OS on the phone, so if the OS supports it, the phone can do that.
