Is this a good workout plan for me?

I am thinking of doing this as my workout plan if I can:

Day 1; cardio (2hrs)

Day 2: upper (3x10) (2hrs)

Day 3; middle/cardio (3x10) (2hrs)

Day 4: lower (3x10) (2hrs)

Day 5: rest

On top of this I have rugby (practice/games/refereeing) 3-7 days a week. Thoughts on everything?

    I don't know. Is it?

    Can you maintain it? Do you have that much time to commit to it? Are you going to be able to stick to it?

    What are your goals? What you've outlined is pretty intense. If you're just trying to be active and stay in decent shape, it's probably overkill. If you're trying to be a fitness model, it might not be enough.
