You can only upload images that are stored in the device you're using. If you're using a mobile device, make sure your browser is in desktop mode. There are file type and size limitations.
Images must be less than 5MB and videos less than 600MB and 5 minutes

You need to have the image stored on your own device, so do that first. Then click "photo" while answering in YA and just upload it. YA doesn't accept all formats of image but png is definitely ok.
