it does not show in my profile... or in any others I have checked... how can any one contact anyone else

It hasn't been available for the past couple of years or so. It was thought to have been reactivated earlier this year, but that appears to have not actually occurred.

It works randomly for me, but I think its busted for the most part. I never saw anything from Yahoo or Oath saying it was being discontinued.

Yes, it sure has. Like everything else here it got abused. Let hope next will be those who move questions to inappropriate categories lose their privilege.

They removed it because of the abusive emails being sent. You can only contact somebody if they give you their email address.
