I have a sender in my contacts but mail from the sender is still ending up in spam. Now what do I do?

I have just posted the same question. I have repeatedly marked them as 'not spam' (or junk, in my case) they then go into my 'inbox' which then keeps asking me to mark them as junk or not junk. I click on the 'not junk' which disappears for a second, then pops up again & again.

It's driving me mad & I can't find anyway to contact Yahoo to speak to them, without using a site that charges you.

Did you ever get a solution to this problem?

mark it as Not Spam and it should stop going there.

Mark them as Not Spam so they go to your inbox.
