Yes if you have some other way to ride other than a car but walking no you can’t but I’m sure you didn’t mean walking.

Depends on what you mean by "Denver" and 'transit." There is light rail, buses, traditional taxis, Uber/Lyft, and Scooter-sharing like Lime and Bird. And you have your feet. Downtown Denver is pretty walkable and there is a free shuttle on the 16th street mall. The light rail goes to the airport as well as many suburbs, but you'd have to research options to a specific destination from the light rail station.

There's light rail and bus plus Uber, Lyft and taxi. You can get around okay on foot downtown. There's a free Mall Ride from Union Station to Civic Center. But if you really want to see things that aren't right downtown, it's better to have a car.

I guess if you had a scooter or bike. Depends on local laws though.

There are tons of bike paths, but the city is very spread out. Taxis cost an arm and a leg. There are busses, but you basically need a car to drive to the bus stop if you live in a suburb.
