Should liability insurance for firearm owners be affirmed by public voting for their USA community, county, or state of residence?

    A case can be made for that ... But, the money collected would never go to victims of gun violence, the government would fund some free liberal cheese or something like that instead.

    Every gunowner should have to have (say) $10M liability insurance for every gun owned ,and be required to undergo a psyche test annually, in order to retain their gun permits .

    We may not be able to "challenge" the "2nd amendment , but we can certainly go round it .
