I'm damn near suicidal half the time. However, by focusing on what the problem is, or what the problems are, you can take steps or increase awareness, to try to fix those problems. My problem at the moment is toxic black mold in my house. If you're not familiar with that, it's in almost half of all houses in the world to some degree, and it causes increasingly bad problems the more of it you're exposed to. My eyes are sore, my hands are numb, I got a headache, and I can't sleep in my own house. I'm renovating it to sell.
