In the US we are guaranteed "Life, Liberty and the 'pursuit' of Happiness". Where does it mention health care and employment.?
It does not even guarantee us Happiness, just the freedom to pursue it!

The US never guaranteed any such thing.
The Declaration of Independence is merely a statement of ideology and has no connection to the government at all.

You are not guaranteed any of those things. For instance, each year 45,000 people die in the US because they can't afford health insurance.

Health care, employment, are part of those. Dont be silly. Most ordinary people got sick and died in 1776 because they worked from sun up to sun down, including the children.

It doesn’t, the immigrants who used to move to the US expected to work and fend for themselves, there was nothing to get off the backs of the tax payers. Now there is, so a new breed of entitled immigrant thinks that the US owes then a living.....

The American health care system is like something from a dystopian movie, why in the world would anyone want a load of sick, infected, dying people running around!

Its hw you interprete those terms.
"Life" for example - healthcare would allow you said life. It would protect and preserve your life.
Also, gauranteed employment or income can make you happier, as being unemployed makes you unhappy.
