What is the budget I should spend on for 1 week in Montreal?
How much would it all cost for week in Montreal. I really want to know is the Flight+Hotel, Food(No expensive places), Attractions(Mount Royal). How much would all this cost in USD?

Without knowing when you are coming, where you are coming from, and what level of hotel you want to book, no one can guess.

There are several variables you left out such as where in the US you're starting from and when you will be travelling. The summer months are far more expensive for hotels compared to the winter.

From 350$ to 700$ flight to montreal from the states, 6 sleeping nights are around 900$ per room, and 60$ food per day per person + your activities.

You left out a lot of important information, such as where you are coming from, when you are traveling, etc. No one can predict all of the attractions you'll visit and we don't know your dining habits or what type of hotel you'd want to stay in. Without that type of information, no one can give you a reasonable estimate. You can also easily research this yourself using travel sites.
