True or false: Paris is a perfect city, and is better than Montreal which is a dump?

Montreal is a slum, unlike glorious Paris!

    I don't really think Paris qualifies as a city.  Not enough population.

    You did mean Paris ON, right?

    I believe so. paris is romantic unlike that Anglo American slum they call Montreal.

    Paris is nice. But like, Montreal can be nice. It just depends where you go. Every city has its faults.

    They're both nice cities.  Paris is an awesome place to visit but quite frankly I'd rather live in Montreal.  There is no such thing as a "perfect" city.
