Q for fundamentalists: Are the evolutionary biologists in the world's leading universities wicked or are they stupid? Please explain.?

Pope Francis says the theories of evolution and the Big Bang are real and God is not “a magician with a magic wand” putting an end to the “pseudo theories” of creationism and intelligent design! So the Catholic Church, Church of England and mainstream churches all accept the big bang and evolution!

Lord Carey the former Archbishop of Canterbury put it rather well – “Creationism is the fruit of a fundamentalist approach to scripture, ignoring scholarship and critical learning, and confusing different understandings of truth”!

Christian Fundamentalist is a complete contradiction in terms!

CHRISTIAN – A follower or believer in Jesus.

FUNDAMENTALIST One who believes the Bible is literally true and must be followed exactly.

Therefore they are followers of the bible and not Jesus making them non Christians!

But worse is to follow it also makes them ideologists.

IDEOLOGY An idea that is false or held for the wrong reasons but is believed with such conviction as to be irrefutable.

So Christians have a loving and forgiving god and fundamentalist - well - Just are not Christians!

They are stupid, because they don't know history.  "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth" (Genesis 1:1, KJV).

They are wicked, because Evolutionism is a Satanic religion (Isaiah 14:13-14, KJV), and it is a lie.  "Thou shalt not bear false witness" (9th Commandment).

They teach and believe what others taught them and believed.

Another reason is they don't want to loose their teaching job.

They are deceived. If one were to examine all the actual evidence, without any predisposition, evolution would quickly be ruled out.

Point: you are confusing Fundamentalists with Creationists.

Many Fundamentalists are not Creationists.

Many Creationists are not Fundamentalists.

Fundementalists are not educated enough for their opinions to matter. 

"hunter" apparently believes Dawkins is the only evolutionary biologist who is wicked or stupid. So thousands of them must be right!

Neither.  You can just be wrong without being stupid or wicked.

For example, for years, herpetologists told us that a komodo dragon's bite was dangerous because its saliva contained very bad bacteria.  Now we know the animal is actually venomous.  Were those scientist stupid or wicked all those years?  No, they were just wrong.  Scientists get things wrong all the time.  Science sometimes self-corrects, but during that time before it has self-corrected, it thinks it is right when it has been wrong all along.
