The God- Ehyeh-Asher-Ehyeh. It wasn't an actual bush. But Moses didn't know exactly what he saw, so he described it as a burning bush.

God spoke to Prophet Musa {Moses}, peace and blessings be upon him, behind the burning bush and it is where God bestowed upon him prophethood and its a holy ground on the valley of Tuwa. Also, some of the miracles of God were introduced to the Prophet Musa, peace and blessings be upon him, at the moment and many other miracles would come later on.

The pre-incarnate Christ has been suggested as the voice from the burning bush,  Compare Isaiah Chapter 6:5, Dan. 3:25, Judges 13:22, John 12:41.

Nobody.  There is no evidence that Moses even existed
