    Pre-workout: old fashion oatmeal with raisins, peanut butter and whey protein powder

    During workout: banana, milk, whey protein, dextrose, creatine, fudge

    Post workout: omelet with broccoli, mushrooms, swiss cheese plus apple & quinoa

    I don't usually eat breakfast, but sometimes i will have a salad with apple cider vinegar and oil, and a small hamburger patty on top. Or i might have low carb pancakes with a fried egg or two, maybe some bacon. Other times i have leftover vegetables.

    In the morning I put together Black, Blue, Rasp and Straw Berries; Oats, Scoop of Protein, FlaxSeeds and a dallop of Peanut Butter into a big smoothie and cook eggs and bacon to go with it.
