Is tonight's speedy counting of the ballots in New Hampshire a major win for the Democrats?

Why is this important?  The combined population of NH and Iowa is only 1/10 th that of California, and only half that of NY City. Yes, NY City is almost twice as large as both of these states combined. NY City 8.5 m.    Iowa 3.2 m    NH  1.4 m

Actually, it seems like a long time to count a mere 200,000 or so votes statewide. 

Did they get that app to work this time? Or were Republicans doing election fraud again by calling in to jam the system?
