What Paul Ryan and old-fart Mitch McConnell did do while in power from 1/2017 to 1/4/2019:  Pass Continuing Resolutions or CRs to...guess what?  Extend BARACK OBAMA's final Fiscal Year budget multiple times instead of letting President Obama's end nine months after Trump was sworn in (October 1, 2017) as it was supposed to.  Extend any private-sector jobs to that Obama-generated budget---not to inane, insane germophobic lifts-wearing incompetent sociopath Donald Trump or the do-nothing domestic terrorist right-wing fiscally insane Congressional Republicans if accuracy means anything to you.

The total number of jobs does not really matter if you don't have a good amount that ANYONE could get AND pay a living wage!

TrumPee is probably telling his labor department to inflate the number by cooking the books. In fact he can do it with a Sharpie himself. Watch out, he may try to do it even though people are laid off because of airlines and other businesses cutting back due to the CoronaViurs. If the employment numbers are just as good the next few months, that would show that the numbers are bogus. The numbers show that the number of new jobs ceated under TrumPee are about the same as they were under Obama, and Obama did not need to threaten the Federal Reserve to cut interest rates, nor did he need any tax cut or trillion dollar deficit in 2016.

Many retail businesses are hurting because people are not going to eat in restaurants, and they are not traveling overseas or taking vacation on cruise ships. Watch for the unemployment numbers to increase in the next few months and fewer new jobs created. If they don't then Sharpie TrumPee is putting out fake numbers.

Yes, they probably can. The economy has a life of its own, I think. Trump isn't really the one responsible for the economy. However, he HAS hurt it with his China Tariffs.
