Is Singapore still punishing heavily people who graffiti or litter?

    Yes but if you are migrant labouers who riot violently in Little India  you will be ok

    yes of course , ten strokes of the

    ratan cane on the butt for graffiti

    after two strokes you wont be able to walk

    properly for a month

    Yes, the penalties are still there. Singaporeans are proud of their country's cleanness and they seem to like the strict law. Recently, there's a lot of foreign workers who litter around when they're not caught on guard and the locals express condemns on the internet.

    of course.  I went to SG last year.  it was very clean and I saw no graffiti.   Unlike, cities in California..... I went to a LAKERS game and the street were so thrashy and there were graffiti everywhere.     which one would you choose?
