Are the studies showing a correlation between certain diets and health just a proxy for wealth and lower stress?

If someone drink red wine in moderation, eats goat cheese, and an abundance of fresh vegetables, they are probably not poor.

Absolutely; it's hugely tied up in privilege vs poverty

It’s not just a proxy for that, but people do seem to ignore that aspect of the correlation

No it is not. you have a lot to learn

It is mainly not a question of wealth but a question of knowledge. Alcohol is a nerve toxin - no matter how much you flower that. Milk and dairy products cause diabetes, osteoporosis and cancer. It may not please the modern poisonous way to eat/drink but if you want to stay healthy and live a long and pain free life, you need to face the truth.
