Would a labrum repair surgery disqualify me from joining the Army ? ?

I was going to enlist in the Army next month, but I discovered I have a torn labrum on my left hip. I am having surgery on the 12th of August. My surgeon told me it would be six months before I can run again. Would this be something that disqualifies me from joining after recovery?

You will not be able to begin the process until your doctor releases you after all follow on rehab is completed.  A waiver will be required and in this climate may be hard to obtain
