Do I need to provide a Covid-19 test?

Flying from Guam to Texas, but have a 3 hour layover in Hawaii. Will I need to provide a negative test when I land in Honolulu or will I be fine without one since I won’t be leaving the airport?

    Since Hawaii is your connecting and not destination, you should be fine. Make an inquiry to the airline to be sure. Rules tend to change without notice.

    Hawaii is not your final destination - you will only need to show the 72-hour COVID test upon arrival if you are staying in Hawaii.  You're fine

    Texas does not have any travel restrictions in place at this time.

    On a federal level, the US does not have any quarantine requirements when arriving in the US.

    -- just common sense. 

    At this point, don't we all know that a negative test does not mean you don't have covid unless it's a quick response test....
