Is it safe to go to Cancun right now?

Hello! Im a 25 year old female and finally have some time to travel and take off for a week. Im talking to a travel agent about booking a resort/flight to Cancun and leaving on Saturday. Is it safe to travel internationally right now? What about traveling alone as a female?

    No it's not safe with Covid numbers up right now.

    The CDC, as of Nov 2, rates Mexico as high risk for covid, along with most of the rest of the world.

    For fairly obvious reasons, you should avoid travelling unless it's essential.

    I'd be most concerned about the drugging of American's at Cancun resorts but you didn't list that as a concern.
