Why has Kim Jong Un banned fishing to “prevent seawater from being infected” with COVID-19?

Is there any evidence that water can be infected with the virus?

Unbelievably, google bears out your post:

He sounds like a REAL nut to me. No wonder Trump likes him. To answer your question, in July 2020 the CDC said there was no evidence beaches or pools can spread Covid.

Why does Kim Jong Un strap people to anti-aircraft guns and blow them to pieces? Why did he send an American student back to the USA brain dead because he was jailed for stealing a poster

Because he's a fat, pathetic dictator.

I guarantee there is some other reason why he is doing that if he is actually doing that. There is no chance of fishermen spreading covid through the ocean.
