What happens if a key player like Patrick Mahomes or Russel Wilson gets a COVID-19 exposure during the playoffs?

Will the NFL delay the game for 10 days to make it fair? Or will they go ahead with the game and use a backup quarterback?

There isn't time to reschedule during the playoffs.  You might get a one day delay, but that's it.  Covid should be looked at like any other illness or injury which keeps a player out.

Good question.  I think it's fair to assume the NFL will go on with the game as originally scheduled (in that case a backup QB is pretty much a must) or perhaps delay it 2-3 days.  Certainly not 10 days, though.
