He has history of fall resulting to brain injury.

He has history of fall resulting in brain injury.

resulting to, or resulting in?

    he has a history of falls ..resulting in a brain injury ...my version ..his brain injury is the result of falls ..he has a history of them

    He has some history of falling, resulting in brain injury.

    He has a history of falls, resulting in brain injury.

    If it is only one fall, it is unlikely to constitute a history.

    Although he'd have a history of falls, not just one
