Don't you think it's nonsense that, according to US law, you can't walk down the street with ice cream?

    There are a lot of laws that were passed for reasons that made sense at the time and are no longer enforced so it doesn't really matter that no one has put in the effort to repeal them officially.

    In Brighton England  it was also against the Law to eat Ice cream on Sunday a Relic from the ROMAN catholic days

    CaliforniaPeople in Carmel were apparently prohibited from eating or selling ice cream on public streets—until Clint Eastwood became mayor in 1987 and repealed the silly law.

    DelewareIn Delaware, it's illegal for restaurants to serve margarine unless they have a sign warning customers that it's not actually butter.

    And until 1962 the age of consent was 7 years old

    GeorgiaNot that you'd ever want to, but just in case: Putting an ice cream cone in your back pocket on Sundays is illegal in Georgia. OK!

    Yes, I think that that's nonsense, because you absolutely can and it's not according to any US law that you can't.
