Enemy countries reaction to the riot and insurrection incited by Trump shows it gave them aid & comfort. Should he be on trial for treason?
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.
I am asking if he should be, not that it happens. If tried and convicted the penalty is death so national secrets are moot. If he divulges secrets during the proceedings that compromise our security that would definitely be treason. This moonbat wants an answer not badly reasoned defenses capped by insults.
