If Trump is such a good executive- why couldn’t he manage the unemployment levels better through this pandemic?

Our unemployment levels are some of the worst in the world.

    Congress wouldn't let him.  Congress did everything they could against President Trump because they hate him.  They hated him more than they cared about the People and we saw it and it was ugly.
