Because he doesn't care.
It was his 'low class' supporters who killed that cop 'not me', just ask him.

Because what he said just before the riot was, in his words, "TOTALLY appropriate." A psychiatrist has said that people like Trump don't get depressed when they fail, just more delusional. The Republicans in Congress stand staunchly behind him.
