I had Starbucks gift card. Last time I got a coffee using the card, barrista told me I still have 6.35$ left on it. Today I checked the -?

    Someone besides you has your cards number and is using it.

    I'm guessing $6.35 was your balance before the charge for that day's drink actually cleared in their system.

    Today I check balance of the card, on Starbucks site, it shows I got 1.08$. How is that possible, without Starbucks cheating? - and not just for pennies.
