Why do they pull a meaningful and important Ad like Jeeps Springsteen ad. ?
Yet when the Paris Hiltons and Britney Spears and other assorted Hollywood looneys go on drug fuel orgies and get arrested for multiple DUIs and even assaults' against the officers who arrest them, the press glorifies them as if its all fun and games.
As divided as our country is, that message was as moving and important as anything else going on today. But it is cancelled because the messenger is not a perfect person.
I've bought many vehicles in life and have a few more to buy before I am done. The crybaby ninnies' who would complain about Springsteen would never be the type of customer that would buy a gas hog off road vehicle anyway. I'll never buy anything related to Chrysler, Jeep or any other product unless they put that back on the air.

Paris Hilton and Britney Spears are both going to be 40 next year. The former hasn't had any legal trouble since 2010 and the latter, despite having a mental illness, has never even been arrested. Turns out a lot has changed in the public mind in the past 11 years and things are just different now. Also Jeep is a fairly adult brand that isn't necessarily trying to appeal the same demographic as might have once found Paris and Britney interesting.

I think the question went over your head Pie.. The message is more important than the messenger. If found guilty Bruce could have given any profits from that commercial to charity. The message of unity and for the people of this country to come together right now is important. We will collapse as a society if we don't change the road we are on right now.
