What's with the quarantine in Hawaii.?
If I go there with out a Covid test, they will quarantine me for 14 days? But where? I just plan on camping and hiking, no hotel. Where will they quarantine me at?

You will be confined to a hotel room that you have to pay for, whether that's your plan or not. If you cannot provide the appropriate negative COVID test, then you quarantine under their conditions or you leave, both at your expense.

You'd need to pay for a hotel to quarantine in, if quarantining is required.

If you get the appropriate, PCR test and it's negative, you do not need to quarantine.
If you don't have the negative PCR test, you cannot camp. If you go, you will be confined to a hotel room. That means CONFINED. Not running around on the beach, not hanging at the pool of a fancy hotel.
