Your thoughts?

So it is illegal for a kid to go to a stripclub or look at pictures of women without clothes (like playboy magazines).

Yet it's legal for them to go to a nude beach (where they also see women without clothes).

Your thoughts?

Because generally speaking, people wouldn't be having sex or performing sexual acts in public.

The stripclubs and playboy magazines are meant to sexually arouse people.  That's the main purpose.

The main purpose of a nude beach isn't to sexually arouse people (yet I'm sure people do get aroused, but they usually aren't molesting anyone).

There's a difference between knowing what a naked man or naked woman looks like and trying to sexually arouse yourself.  Most parents aren't going to be mad just because their little kid saw a naked woman at the beach as opposed to they went to a stripclub to sexually arouse themselves (as well as be touched).

P.S. when people are at nude beaches, they aren't supposed to look closely at anybodys body parts.

It's not illegal to look at nudes. Strip clubs are illegal for minors because it's illegal for an adult to have sexual contact with a minor and seducing is a form of sexual contact. There isn't supposed to be anything sexual about a nude beach considering we evolved as naked apes, although it may be construed as sexual.
