Are Americans stupid?

Why are a lot of people educated but not necessarily smart? Lots of people around the world are laughing at Americans now.

    Democrats all have liberal arts diplomas that aren't worth the paper they're printed on. I know a Soyboy today whose family is proud because he's majoring in puppetry.
