ONLY THOSE WHO REFUSE TO SEEK THE SACRED HEART OF JESUS FOR FORGIVENESS AND ARE IN THE STATE OF MORTAL SIN AND DIE IN THAT STATE GO STRAIGHT TO HELL SAYS THE LORD OUR GOD, BTW JESUS GOD SAYS HELL IS FOREVER, THOSE WHO SAY IT IS NOT FOREVER CALL GOD A LIAR, AND ARE TRYING TO ADD TO THE HOLY BIBLE, WHICH IS A SIN, ONLY PURGATORY IS NOT PERMANENT, SEE HERE PROOF GOD, JESUS SAID THIS>>>
The doctrine of hell is so frightening that numerous heretical sects end up denying the reality of an eternal hell. The Unitarian-Universalists, the Seventh-day Adventists, the Jehovah’s Witnesses, the Christadelphians, the Christian Scientists, the Religious Scientists, the New Agers, and the Mormons—all have rejected or modified the doctrine of hell so radically that it is no longer a serious threat. In recent decades, this decay has even invaded mainstream Evangelicalism, and a number of major Evangelical figures have advocated the view that there is no eternal hell—the wicked will simply be annihilated.
But the eternal nature of hell is stressed in the New Testament. For example, in Mark 9:47–48 Jesus warns us, "[I]t is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye than with two eyes to be thrown into hell, where the worm does not die, and the fire is not quenched." And in Revelation 14:11, we read: "And the smoke of their torment goes up for ever and ever; and they have no rest, day or night, these worshipers of the beast and its image, and whoever receives the mark of its name."
Hell is not just a theoretical possibility. Jesus warns us that real people go there. He says, "Enter by the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is easy, that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. For the gate is narrow and the way is hard, that leads to life, and those who find it are few" (Matt. 7:13–14).
The Catechism of the Catholic Church states: "The teaching of the Church affirms the existence of hell and its eternity. Immediately after death the souls of those who die in a state of mortal sin descend into hell, where they suffer the punishments of hell, ‘eternal fire.’ The chief punishment of hell is eternal separation from God, in whom alone man can possess the life and happiness for which he was created and for which he longs"

Those people are the ones who care more about the things of this world than the Kingdom of God. They are the ones who follow the traditions and teachings of men rather than the teachings of God.
They think they are following God but they are not.
They are deceived and believe the lies that are being put forth.

People who knew better but sinned anyway. But don't worry too much. Hell is never forever. Rev. 20:12-14 shows that death and hell must both be emptied and destroyed so that the resurrections and final judgment can take place. There is only finite punishment for finite sin. God's love, justice, and mercy are all intact.
The only people who have any suffering left to do after the resurrections are the sons of Perdition.

If you don't start obeying all of Jesus' ayings ; which is the only thing that will cause you to face & overcome your negative feelings of guilt . fear . frustration . & sorrow then you will end up in that place where Jesus said there is weeping . wailing . & gnashing of teeth .

These are the ones who have taken no note despite being given the time and opportunity, they left too late and were locked out. This applied to anointed ones but the principle applies to all today; those who don't respond to the preaching and teaching work and are marked for survival will not be able to jump on the band wagon, the door of opportunity will be closed, then they will weep, wail and gnash their teeth likely in anger rather than sadness.

Nobody. It's hyperbole, to get a point across, it's not prophecy or predicting the future.
