Google what you need your inquiry is excessively unclear - like how long is a piece of rope. Hershey's Cocoa powder is all-characteristic 100% Cacao and is the fixing you need to begin - the remainder of the added substances are up to you and as you would prefer.

You need to be more diligent in your shopping habits. There are many brands of chocolate that are made with minimal or no additives. As for costs, you are not understanding that cocoa is made from the seeds of the cacao tree that only grows in the tropics because if the temperature dips below 65 degrees F, it will die. This means you have to buy the cacao pods which will run over $16 for just one pound. Just the cacao beans will cost even more. Furthermore, roasting the cacao beans is not easy task and a mistake means you ruin the entire batch.

So...you're going to find cacao beans, roast them, deshell them (a very VERY hard process), grind them down to a powder, then make your own chocolate? Too much damn work, AND will cost tons of money. Just find an organic powder and mix with cream and sugar. Done.

Google what you want your question is too vague - like how long is a piece of rope. Hershey's Cocoa powder is all natural 100% Cacao and is the ingredient you need to start - the rest of the additives are up to you and to your liking.
