Why do we offer jobs to people who only look a particular way?

Jobs based on people's fantasies should never ever be controlled about how the people in the fantasies look as far as allowing for things like affirmative action. People want people in their fantasies to be beautiful, and whether or not you like it, there is a such a thing as an ugly person. Some people are just not appealing for a p**** p**** I'm sorry apparently we're not allowed to say a word in type without asterisks coming up. I mean it's not like we don't know what the word is p o o r no. Do you want to watch some ugly sweaty gross person having sex or do you want to watch some beautiful person doing it? It's all about the taste of people some people only have certain tastes so we're sorry if we hurt your feelings but that's a big hell no to jobs like that not being controlled ando allow for whoever they think looks the best get the job.
