I need a door latch 2K Blazer LT and I'm wondering if these parts are interchangeable.

What my VIN says I need:
GM part 15066142
Application notes:
REMOTE ENTRY LK CONT(AU0), REMOTE ENTRY LK CONT(AU8) EXCEPT RIGHT HAND DRIVE(RHD) W/ACTUATOR
I don't even use remote entry. Could I get away with the cheaper part with a loss of remote entry functionality?

I don't care about Passlock either. Unless it caused my SUV to not start.

They are not interchangeable.
Physically, the cheaper one would work, but your vehicle has the 'Passlock' factory security system, and needs the correct lock connected properly, to work properly.
