We’re is the Flasher? C2500 Chevy 1993?
So far I’ve replaced turn signal switch, almost all the bulbs, sockets in the back, and the relay.. I can’t get the turn signals to work... and also I can’t find we’re the flashers are on Google or YouTube . I think 91 and 95 are different generations

Ok so the hazards work I forgot to put that . And the relay I replaced is for the turn signals. The turn signal switch was in the steering wheel (replaced it). If I press my foot on the brakes and use the switch the one it will just turn that side off. Also When I use the switch there is no light on the dash (for left or right). And bolth sides are not working

I'm confused you say turn signal switch (cam switch)? and relay (flasher unit)? It's an old truck check for ground as it is just screwed to the frame toward the rear on each side. Check brake lights, with turn switch turned to left only the right will illuminate and vise versa, on line it looks like this vehicle uses the old school cam switch so the 4-way button is right in front of the key, push in for hazard, pull out for normal if, the button is missing it is in a d-shaped hole
