What supplements do you take to give you energy?

My sleep is always terrible so I struggle at work during the day. I'm not always in the mood for coffee either.

Supplements only help people who have deficiencies. Common deficiencies are vitamin D - available in dairy and certain foods, also sunlight - and the omega-3 fatty acids found in certain fish. Sunlight itself is good for moods, also exercise outdoors. The reason why fish oil helps is that we no longer get this nutrient from cattle, which are no longer grass fed. If you go to Metapsychology, you can read a psychologist's review of Dr Steve Ilardi's book ("a splendid book").He's the therapist and researcher who headed the Univ of Kansas lifestyle-depression project.
