Why's there no spike in Texas after the mask mandate was lifted? ?

@Beardog  According to Texas's health department, there has been decreases in cases for 3 weeks since the mandate is gone. Doesn't that show that forcing people to wear masks isn't doing anything significant?

    Virus's don't use Calendars or can tell the time so they fit in perfectly with our schedules

    Maybe Texans are smarter than the republicans in charge, and wear them anyway. 

    Or maybe you have no idea what the coronavirus numbers in Texas are.
