    this question doesn't make any sense. Socialists are people who want an economy that pays people according to their work, in which the means of production are owned by local collectives.

    Depends on the authority since ours come from the Constitution so you have to be a lot more clearer as to WHAT kind of STRUCTURED SOCIALIST GOVERNMENT you are speaking of since ALL Governments are SOCIALIST from the root word.

    Social : relating to the WELFARE of an Individual, society or its organization...

    You can't have one without the other and even COMMUNIST (RELIGIONS) are SOCIALIST and they too have an agenda all their own and so are NOT necessarily in our own best interest as they serve Foreign Princes and Kings from all other places in the world not just Europe...
