I want to get my adopted son back. He will not even talk to me?

    It makes me wonder if he was convinced by his adoptive parents that you abandoned him or didn't want him. That's going to be tough for you. Good luck.

    Generally, once you put someone up for adoption and it is finalized, you have no rights left. If you have a legal basis like did not know what you were doing; you can go back to the same court and ask the court to set aside the adoption. Chances of that happening is less than 00.1%.

    You could at least make it clear whether you adopted your son, or put your son up for adoption.
