What is the best dish you cooked in your life?

Egg fry, Cake, Tea, Coffee 

I made these cupcakes but they were really bad I enjoyed some by myself and then threw the rest away they were trash.

Roasted vegetables, I didn't share it with anyone 

Human beings taste just like pork

Too many too list. Shared all of them with my wife.  I've cooked some excellent meals for more than just us two, also.

Being a retired chef, I really have no Best dish. I would rather be challenged than just making the same thing over and over again

My most recent best dish was grilled lobster tails (enjoyed all by myself). Overall, my best dishes were entire meals (holiday roast turkey, dressing, garlic mashed potato, cranberry walnut salad, apple crumble (and subsequent sandwiches after the big meal) shared with friends and family.
