Why Do Those Who Claim to Be Evolutionists Know Almost Nothing About the Subject-That the Originators of the “Theory” Recanted their Claims?

No-one ever "recanted" anything. Sure, as the investigation of biological evolution progressed, certain assumptions made by the original discoverers were altered to accommodate new data, thereby making our knowledge of the process increasingly accurate with each passing generation. And we are still discovering additional details about evolution. That's how science works.

The story that Darwin recanted on his death bed is a lie.  Even Answers in Genesis admits that it's a lie.  Why are creationists so utterly devoted to lies?  Wait - lies are all they have.  Never mind. I get it now.

Because the original theory by Darwin has undergone revisions over the past century.  Darwin did not "recant" anything.

Even if that lie were true that Darwin recanted evolution on his deathbed, evolution would still be true, proven by mountains of evidence.

Darwin (and others) *discovered* evolution, they did not invent it.

If Newton recanted gravity on his deathbed that would not eliminate gravity.

The originator of the theory of evolution did not "recant" it, the story that he did was a fabrication.  Further, the theory of Evolution was updated in the 1930's and is significantly different than what Darwin originally proposed.

The atheists who come here didn't even have enough interest in Evolution to have an Evolution category on this site. They were only using the subject as a weapon here. They don't have the discipline to study anything. They are only very disagreeable people, and I think it's rare to find one here who really absorbs information through study. 

Evolution is one of the processes which biologists understand to be an explanation for the diversity of life on our planet.  If you are not studying biology, it's not particularly important.  Those who think it's something to do with religion should abandon Calvinist nonsense and give Christianity a try.  Jesus never mentioned evolution or the absence of it.  If it had been important for salvation, he would have done.

The claim is that Darwin converted to Christianity. He didn't, and he didn't write or say anything that acknowledge the existence of a God.
