I agree with what your saying, and many feminists are joining Human Rights groups as they too believe in Equal Rights for all Humans and not just rights for women or rights or men.

A lot of men don't take women seriously anyway and think society would be much better off if they were subjugated. Are you one of them?

Nobody takes you seriously because you lump every woman together and make us all the enemy. I and many other women do care about mens rights and the things you pointed out are wrong. Even though we are on the same side you are trying to make us enemies. Why should I take you seriously if you make me your enemy. 

If women want equality that means they want the same rights for men as they do women. Equality means equal. Not one being less than. You cant have equality for one side.

It is true that the action of enough women ... those that seem to have taken on the unequal feminist ideals of "gender equality" rather than actual equality ... are mostly responsible for giving women as a class, a bad image.  The persistent idea that fully equal women by Rights, with lesser Responsibilities, are 'oppressed' victims of equal men, and therefore need special privileges to advantage them over men in order to "level the playing field" (another misnomer), leads to obvious disrespect of women in general.

It needs to either be full equality by way of Rights AND Responsibilities. Or a more traditional style mix of different Rights and Responsibilities without expecting only the best parts of equality. So trying to get the best of both by pretending to be both "empowered" and "victims" depending on what works to gain advantages, is a clear deception that does not go unnoticed by most people in society.

There is very little reason to take women seriously. There is also no reason to keep listening to women since they refuse to return the favor and listen to men. 

It's also telling how quickly women turned to advantaging themselves under the law. They pleaded for equality and yet as soon as they got into power they started to fight to advantage women. 

Most men don't take women seriously otherwise we wouldn't be granting women special rights and privileges.
