Have you ever heard of a Christian group called Children of Yahway ?

Before you check on google I am told the Facebook page is not the same group. Basically been invited to a ritual where a small animal is sacrificed and they say God manifests himself and speaks.

There are quite a few religious groups that have an animal sacrifice or a barbecue or some ritual out in the woods and the rituals themselves are not dangerous but they all have one thing in common.  The animal sacrifice is over a fire which contains salu de henbane.

Sold commercially as Black Mass incense it's not a necessarily associated with Satan worship it's just called Black Mass incense because it contains handbane which contains hallucinogenic agents that make you see what is suggested that you're going to see.

And the people putting on the show know how to make the thing look really darn real. I went to a Satan fest where a 13 ft demon stepped out of the fire.

I was totally convinced that I had seen a real demon until I found out that the whole thing involved using hallucinogenic incense. A fire ring with a hollow spot through which an actor appeared with a protective suit.

And pretended to be the demon.  You're hallucinating quite nicely when the god they've told you about appears and you're absolutely convinced that you have seen a real God.

They call themselves Children of "Yahway"? Are you sure it's not "Yahwe"?
