If i take a clock to a part of the universe that has no time will it stop working ?

    No, because you can't.  Time exists in all of the universe.

    When would you do that?  Oops!  I forgot, "when" has no meaning outside of time. The universe exists only within time.

    All of creation follows the physcial laws God gave it, including time

    You cannot escape time, and at the same time, time is an illsuion, for whenever it is, it is always now

    The clock will continue to operate normally. 

    Clocks do not run based on whether or not time is taking place.

    Depending on what part of the persons'

    body (right down to their DNA) is active,

    determines what time it is. That's how aliens 

    measure time,  by analyzing their DNA.

    Like past the event horizon of a black hole? If the clock could actually stay intact, from the clock's perspective, it'd be working normally. But from our perspective, it'd be frozen at the event horizon and never tick again.
