Why did Biden say that adding justices was a "bonehead idea", but now flip flops?

"And it put in question, if for an entire decade, the independence of the most significant body in this country, the Supreme Court of the United States of America.”

I guess this was before he was senile and before libs openly wanted complete and utter and total power? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O_lBVmrLfeQ

Update:

McConnell isn't really a Republican. He is a self-appointed senate leader that no one actually respects or wants in the Republican base as a whole. It's not really comparable. However, Biden said what he did during a time where there was no motivation to even say that. Now he flip flops because he wants dems to have 100% power. It's ironic. There's nothing wrong with confirming judges during an election year, btw. You're elected for 4 years, not 3.5 or 3 years.

Previously, he was giving an answer that he thought was right.

Now, he is giving the answer he was told to give by those really in charge.

If asked, Uncle Joe would explain in the way King Barry did: "I've evolved."

Yeah, sure you've evolved. Nevertheless, our "liberal" friends lap it up like moms' milk.

    It's truly sad.

Flip-flopping is fair play after Republicans flip-flopped on their stance on whether Supreme Court justices should be confirmed during an election year.

How many times did Trump lie and flip flop when he was ordered to? And Biden is doing a good job. Get over it pal. Trump lost.
