They never did / could program their way out of a wet paper bag. But in their defense, Verizon Media never gave them much money, and they probably have horrible old spaghetti programming code that sucks, and really needs to be totally redone.
But I see little if any excuse for giving us what they did for 'La descarga'. ( can't even type it english without them hiding my answer) They could have provided a utility to parse it. Absolutely pathetic and ridiculous.
